Reservations

1.1 Phuchan Travel Co. Ltd., or its subsidiary companies in the region (hereafter "us", "our" and "we") is not repsonsible for any consequences of delays or change in schedules of airlines, trains, or public bus- or boats used in its programs.

1.2 Reservations are only guarantueed with payment made as mentioned under 3 in these terms and conditions.

1.3 We are not responsible for overbookings, as long as we can proof with sufficient written documentation that overbooking has been the error of the third party.

1.4 If the confirmed accommodation is not available for any other reason mentioned under 1.3, we will provide the best possible alternative, in the same class or higher.

Liability and travellers' responsibility

2.1 Traveller is responsible for having proper travel documents, such as a valid passport with enough pages, the proper visas and the necessary passport pictures.

2.2 Travellers are responsible to have proper and adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

2.3 Our liability is limited to local public insurance, and/or insurances of third parties such as local tour companies, airlines, trains and transport.

Payment and deposits

3.1 A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total sum, with a minimum of $150, and a maximum of $250 is due before we can confirm reservations.

3.2 The balance of payment needs to be paid in full 6 weeks before the first day of our services.

Cancellation policy

4.1 Time of notice of cancellation is counted upon local time receipt of written notification on working days only. Our office is open daily, expect on Sundays and on the following public holidays: April 13 and 14, December 25 and January 1.

4.2 Cancellation costs

- More than 6 weeks before commencement of services: the non-refundable deposit of 10%

- 6 weeks to 14 days before commencement of services: 25% of the total sum

- 13 days - 2 days before commencement of services: 50% of the total sum

- Less than 48 hours before commencement of services: 75% of the total sum

Force Majeur

5.1 Phuchan Travel defines Force Majeur as: "Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party which prevent or impede the due performance of our services, including but not limited to war or hostilities; riot or civil commotion; epidemic; earthquake, flood or other natural disaster."

5.2 We do not accept responsibility for costs or missed opportunity due to changes and/or cancellations in the program, or part(s) thereof due to Force Majeur
